THIS GUY ROCKS!!!
I was told the hard drive was going out in my Mac but Josh cleared that up in a hurry. The problem was the optical drive and he told me clearly what my options were. Jeez, it never would have occurred to me to get an external DVD drive! Thanks Josh!!

Josh came as a recommendation to me and a great one at that. He picked up two of my computers from my house and was on time. He fixed both that were contaminated with viruses and put a wonderful anti-virus on both. They are both super fast and are in excellent working order.He then brought them back at the time he had promised and is very reasonable...Thanks Josh
