I actually did not start out interested in computers at all. I can still remember trying to write code in C++ back at Purdue University for a computer programming class that was required to take. I remember saying I hate computers. And to be honest, sometimes I still feel that way. The only difference is I'm making that statement through my customers eyes and experiences. I spent most of my mid 20's - late 30's selling security systems, satellite TV packages, and cable TV packages door to door. And before that I did a lot of telemarketing gigs. But, in the background, on my off time, I was tinkering with these pesky little computers. My first operating system was Windows 3.1 with a 66 MHZ processor. LOL, that takes me back. I found that I intuitively somehow knew what I was doing. As the years went by, I realized I was pretty good at this and decided to get my Certs. Like Dell or Apple began in the garages of their founders, PC Mobile Pro began in an upstairs room of my home. After much growth, PC Mobile Pro moved to Rio Rancho; where I currently reside and do business. PC Mobile Pro is made up of one main member: Josh Nelson, who is A+ Certified and Network+ Certified. I conduct my computer repair business out of my home. A retail location is very expensive and counter productive; given the fact that I come to your home to do onsite work when applicable or pickup your computer to do the work at my shop.
